Credit card - MasterCard or Visa (American Express and Diners are not accepted) All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST.  

The name that will appear on your statement will be NZ Assoc of Economists.

Please note that payment must accompany your registration form, your place will not be confirmed until payment has been received. If you successfully register for early bird pricing, you must have fully paid for your registration by 15 May 2018.

If payment is not received by this date, then the full registration rate will be automatically charged.
  
All registrations will be acknowledged by email, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to and please write clearly. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please contact the team at onCue.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility.
The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication.  However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
On-Cue accept no responsibility for changes and/or cancellations made by the service provider. onCue disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved and ticketed by onCue or where operator error or accident is the cause.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled registrations on or before 15 May 2018 will receive a full refund of registration fees, less administration fee of $100.00.
Cancellations after 15 May 2018 will not be possible unless exceptional circumstances prevail and are at the discretion of the committee. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty.

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing strictly through onCue.

Insurance

The information supplied on your online registration form will be shared and used by the 2018 Conference Secretariat.
Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the Secretariat will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
