Andy Summers is Associate Professor of Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Director of the Centre for the Analysis of Taxation (CenTax). His research focuses on tax policy, particularly the taxation of wealth, capital gains, and high-income individuals, with technical expertise in quantitative methods and data science. Summers was a commissioner on the UK Wealth Tax Commission and works extensively with administrative tax data to evaluate reforms aimed at improving equity and efficiency in tax systems.
