Leonora Risse is Associate Professor of Economics at Queensland University of Technology and a leading researcher on gender equality in labour markets. Her work examines gender gaps in pay, promotion, and leadership, combining labour economics with behavioural insights to inform policy on economic participation and workplace equality. She is also a co-founder of the Australian Women in Economics Network.
