Olga Filippova is Associate Professor in the Department of Property at the University of Auckland. Her research focuses on the economics of natural disasters and resilience in the built environment, including the impacts of earthquakes and the benefits of resilient building design for urban economies and property markets. Her work has also examined post-quake recovery in Christchurch and the impacts of climate change on housing.
